Identity Letter Project

You will explore your identity and make connections to the world around you. You will use your understanding of identity and drawing techniques to create a letter drawing that portrays who you are as an individual.

  • White Paper. Colored construction paper(if you have it)

  • Sharpie or dark marker

  • pencil

  • eraser

  • crayons, pastels, markers or paint

Fill out this survey on a scratch piece of paper to identify personal connections to your community, your culture, and the world. Use your answers on the survey to generate drawing ideas that represent you. Only make scratch drawings at this point. Save your best work for your final letter drawing.
